A Day at the Lake...

This was Harry's first boat, & he was taking it to the lake. Trouble was, Harry
wasn't sure of the correct procedure for launching his boat off the boat ramp.

He figured it couldn't be that difficult, but he stopped by his Union office for advice (just in case). They laughed & simply said, "Just be sure you don't let the trailer get too deep in the water when you're launching your boat, Harry."

Fine. Good enough, Harry thought.

Later Harry was quite puzzled, even though he'd followed his Union Boss' advice to a tee. See, he could just barely get his trailer in the water.

They say a picture's worth a thousand words, & you just gotta love the Harry's of the world...

Sticker on the back window explains everything:

Remember folks, these people walk among us, get married, have children & they vote...

In reference to Harry's level of common sense and his bumper sticker I have to say, whatever floats his boat.

Jim, dear~ A Snuggie!?!? Yippee! Our daughter made her brother & herself one w/ the sewing machine that Santa Claus brought her. They LOVE theirs. Also, Santa brought Otis a snuggie. I'll have to get a pic posted...

Enjoy!
