“What?!” you screech. “No way!”
“Yes…As sure as I live & breathe.”
There's a thing called “Dhimmitude,” & it’s buried deep in the bowels of Obamacare, like a tapeworm, preparing to mercilessly sap our society of its wealth, & render us into servitude of Islam.
You see, ObamaCare exempts Muslims (& other small, obscure groups) from purchasing mandatory health insurance, as well as the penalties for not purchasing it – due to ‘religious convictions.’ These groups will, however, enjoy the benefits of free health care.
Don’t believe me? Check out section 1402 (g)(1) of this behemoth bill. Even the left-leaning Snopes.com won't dispel the 'rumor.' (Curtsy to Jim for reminding me to source my claims.)
Now.
We must understand the context of the nature of my claim…
Consider the following:
"Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-muslim populations conquered through jihad. Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence, AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to islam.
The ObamaCare bill is the establishment of 'Dhimmitude' and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States. Muslims are exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured.
Islam considers insurance to be 'gambling,' 'risk-taking' and 'usury' and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this. How convenient.
So I, Joe/Jane Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax.
Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan [Nidal Hasan , and Feisal Abdul Rauf & his Ground Zero Mosque adherents] will have no such penalty, and will have 100% of health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance. Non-muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. Period.
This is Dhimmitude.
Dhimmitude serves two purposes: it enriches the Muslim masters AND serves to drive conversions to Islam. In this case, the incentive to convert to Islam will be taken up by those in the inner-cities as well as the godless Generation X, Y and Z types who have no moral anchor. If you don't believe in Christ to begin with, it is no problem whatsoever to sell Him for 30 pieces of silver. 'Sure, I'll be a Muslim if it means free health insurance and no taxes. Where do I sign, bro?' "
This.
Is.
Serious.
(When Speaker Pelosi said, “We have to pass the bill in order to see what’s in it,” she wasn’t kidding.)
Makes me wonder, "How many other ruthless, invisible tapeworms are infecting my beloved country?"
Heaven, help us.

"Did you know that Sharia law has been codified into United States Federal Law?"
Uh, no. It hasn't.
This is, excuse me, bulls**t. Where did you get this crap? Apparently some people on the "Obama isn't one of us" side get paid to find sections of US code that they can turn upside down and:
SCARE THE CRAP OUT OF GULLIBLE PEOPLE such as you.
I read the code linked to in your post. It does not say what you, or whoever came up with this crap, claim it says.
First of all, this is US Tax code pertaining to income taxes for the self-employed. Although certain religious groups may be exempt from paying payroll taxes for conscientious reasons, they must also sign a waiver agreeing that they will forgo any benefits that they would have if they DID pay.
So claiming that not paying yet getting benefits is ONE LIE in your post.
Your link to Congress.org say this:
Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured.
This is patently, baldly FALSE. It is another LIE.
Furthermore, the waiver is granted only if the person proves that non-payment of tax and not receiving of benefits is truly a tenet of the religion and that the person has strictly adhered to that tenet for a long period of time. AND any such sect with said tenets must have been in existence since 1950.
Have you heard anything about all self-employed Muslims in the US not paying or receiving Social Security or Medicare benefits on conscientious grounds?
Me either.
You people are so scared you'll believe anything that Newt or Glenn says. Wow!
Jim, dear!
What a surprise that you'd say EVERYTHING I said was a "LIE."
How original.
Scared? No. Determined.
Newt? Glenn?
Haven't listened to either in weeks. Oh, sorry - I did view the Chris Wallace interview w/ GB 2 weeks ago. As I recall, he didn't say one syllable about 'dhimmitude' or obamacare.
How 'bout this, "You're so blind, you'll deny anything & everything that comes from a conservative mind, mouth or pen."
Good evening.
"How 'bout this, "You're so blind, you'll deny anything & everything that comes from a conservative mind, mouth or pen.""
Nope, there are conservatives I respect and will listen to. Sometimes I agree, but rarely. So what?
I didn't say everything you said was a lie, so that is an "un-truth".
I note that you didn't respond to the actual point of my post nor refute what I said, but only tried to misdirect readers by claiming something else that wasn't true.
Jim! In my fatigue-fog last night, you reminded me that I neglected to 'source' an important article. You'll find it in the updated text of my piece -- with full credit to you! ;)
Thanks for pointing out the Snopes article. I should have done that myself.
So now having read it, I will say that your assertion that Snopes supports this claim is misleading at best.
Snopes confirms that US tax laws provide exemptions for certain religious conscientious objectors. The one thing in your claim that is true.
It also says that this is for the self-employed only.
It also says that anyone who receives an exemption does not get benefits.
It also says that certain Christian sects (Amish, e.g.) have been exempt from paying self-employment taxes, so the exemption does not favor any religion over another.
Snopes also says that Muslims would most likely NOT QUALIFY FOR AN EXEMPTION because US Muslims DO NOT have a tradition of spurning Social Security (which they view more as a form of caring than gambling).
Snopes also says that "no Muslim group has ever qualified for an exemption under the guidelines [which have existed for decades] which define which religious groups would be exempt from the health care law."
So thanks for pointing everyone to a site which makes my case!
"So thanks for pointing everyone to a site which makes my case!"
Not so fast, Jim-ster!
"your assertion that Snopes supports this claim is misleading at best." What I said was, "snopes won't dispel the 'rumor.'" And they don't.
"so the exemption does not favor any religion over another." Right. I didn't claim it preferred one group. Not sure what this has to do w/ our discussion, but ok.
Interesting how you cut out phrases in where Snopes can obviously not deny 'my claim.'
So, I'll reiterate, quoting Snopes: "The key issue here is the determination of which religious groups' members might qualify for this exemption, an issue that has not yet been decided...A crucial factor is how this requirement is to be applied...Whether Mulsims would qualify for an exemption from the health insurance requirements is more difficult to define...Most likely, though, Muslims would not qualify...[Snopes--now they're Tax Attorneys]...The bottom line is that the health insurance mandate provision of PPACA doesn't kick in until the year 2014, & between then & now many challenges will likely be launched regarding who might be exempt from it."
Fact is, Jim this thing is WIDE OPEN to interpretation, challenge, & all kinds of legal manipulation. If there's room for exemption of Muslims, they'll use it.
Because, heaven help us, they're building a blasted MOSQUE @ Ground Zero...if they'll do that, you can be darned sure they'll do this too...
Oy. They are NOT building a mosque at Ground Zero. And what does this have to do which Health Care Reform?
"" What I said was, "snopes won't dispel the 'rumor.'" And they don't."
Of course they do. Your "rumor" is:
ObamaCare exempts Muslims (& other small, obscure groups) from purchasing mandatory health insurance, as well as the penalties for not purchasing it – due to ‘religious convictions.’ These groups will, however, enjoy the benefits of free health care.
Health Care reform does NOT exempt Muslims. Muslims are subject to the exact same tax laws as everyone else and the law you've cited is a) not part of "obamacare", and b) does not exempt Muslims and never has in 60 years of its existence. Furthermore, anyone who DOES get an exemption does NOT get any benefits.
So Snopes does INDEED dispel the "rumor". The only thing that you can possibly say that Snopes "doesn't dispel" is that some people who are self-employed can apply for a waiver from paying payroll taxes.
"Right. I didn't claim it preferred one group."
Hmmm, really? "So I, Joe/Jane Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets...Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan ... Rauf & his Ground Zero Mosque adherents will have no such penalty, and will have 100% of health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance. Non-muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. Period."
So not only did you say it, you incorrectly stated that those who get a waiver still would receive benefits.
"Interesting how you cut out phrases in where Snopes can obviously not deny 'my claim.'"
But Snopes DOES deny your claim. And speaking of cutting out phrases, you include 5 ellipses in your quote including cutting out:
1) that Christians are also eligible to get waivers
2) US Muslims do not have a tradition of spurning Social Security and therefore would not qualify
3) no Muslim group has ever qualified for such an exemption
So you continue to be dishonest when you assert that the original claim is true, which it is not, and that Snopes did not "dispel" the "rumor", which it has.
I'm NOT dishonest. WE disagree on the interpretation -- funny, when someone disagrees w/ a lib, they're labeled 'dishonest.' I'm not having it, Jim
Snopes does NOT DENY the claim; they base their 'mixed' opinion on past history & old tax law. We've entered into an era wherein NOBODY knows exactly where the train is going...("We have to pass the bill to find out what's in it." remember?). NOBODY knows what the 'unintended consequences' will be. And snopes is just as flummoxed as we are, now aren't they?
I stand by my last comment.
Again: NOBODY KNOWS what the unintended consequences of ANY of it will be.
Not even YOU, Jim.
Further circling the block here will be ignored, so don't bother.
If you MUST continue to dispute me, go post your OWN blog piece & argue it there...
Did you know that Sharia law has been codified into United States Federal Law? Yes.
Hello Susannah,
I've read the links you provided and Jim is absolutely correct. I think you've been snookered by whoever is circulating these distorted rumors.
Jim's also right about the Amish or Mennonites being more likely to qualify for this exemption.
I think the real danger is the implementation of Amish Austerity Law. Some day, in the not too distant future, you will be forced to blog on a horse drawn computer.
If only we could pass a law or better yet, a constitutional amendment that would restrict the establishment of any religion.
Hee, hee Craig! Nice try; but I've answered all Jim's points.
You make me giggle! Dhimmitude in ObamaCare does not.
No use, Craig. Any further comments will likely be deleted, even the most innocuous.
You can answer all the "points" on a test and still only score 65%.
You should do so well. :-)
What does this part mean?
(G)(1) (E) such sect or division thereof has been in existence at all times since December 31, 1950.
It means a group can't all of a sudden get together and just say we don't believe in Social Security so were not going to participate.
CMom~ Thanks for stopping by! Jim's right. It's to prevent a group of people from getting together, forming a 'new religion' just to get out of financial obligations. Please come on back any time...
See, Jim? We can agree! Yippee!
