Logistical troubles...individual & international

Hi friends.

Last night, Annie sent me a video that I want EVERY AMERICAN to see: conservative, liberal, apolitical; religious, atheist, apathetic; black, white, pink, green; canine, feline, bovine - I don't really care - just LISTEN TO THIS!!

On October 14, Lord Christopher Monckton (policy advisor to Margaret Thatcher) gave a presentation in St. Paul, MN on the subject of global warming. In this 4-minute excerpt from his speech, he issues a dire warning to all Americans regarding the United Nations Climate Change Treaty that is scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009.
**Debate has been raised about Monckton's conclusion that the Copenhagen Treaty would cede US sovereignty. His comments are based upon The Supremacy Clause in the US Constitution (Article VI, paragraph 2). This clause establishes the Constitution, Federal Statutes, and U.S. TREATIES as the supreme law of the land. Concerns have been raised in the past that a particularly ambitious treaty may supersede the US Constitution. In the 1950s, a constitutional amendment, known as the Bricker Amendment, was proposed in response to such fears, but it failed to pass.

PLEASE watch this video! It is crucially important to international relations (logistics, as it were).

*Many, many thanks to my friend, BetteJo for emailing me the embed code for the video - which wasn't included in the earlier draft of this post, but appears in this edition!

And to the others who emailed, the tips are MOST appreciated! (Just goes to show what my Mama always says, "It ain't what you know, it's WHO you know!")

She also said, "It's great to have all kinds of friends."
Thanks all.

Hi Susannah! Thanks for visiting my movie blog!

This video is pretty scary! Glad there are folks that dare to forward it along!

It's time for another revolution!

I've had the same problem lately with videos. Usually I just mess with right clicking on the code and select all before I copy. And then in Blogger when I'm ready to post the code - I click over to Edit HTML and paste it there. When I click back to compose - I have an outline of a box, but when I click publish - it's the video. I'm not sure which thing I'm doing that makes it work but - I just keep messing with it!
Good luck!

Emailed the code to you.

Edge~ You bet! You have my express permission (that you don't need) to forward this to ANY & EVERY person whom you think will watch it... ;)

BetteJo~ You're a PEACH! I hope you don't mind, I linked to you in my revised version of this post. I was tickled with your email. Many thanks, sweet friend!

Susannah I have got to give YOU lots of credit. YOU are one of the VERY few Republican/Conservative bloggers that are NOT afraid to call it and say it as it is when it come to responding to these VILE liberal bloggers. The treat and crucify Rush, Glenn Fox News , Sarah Palin and Michelle Malkin on a daily basis, and they do the same to us Republican/Conservative bloggers whenever they comment on their blogs. But these people I have just mentioned know how to fight back, and they have courage. We need more of them. As we need more bloggers like you.
Yesterday I was referred to as "Republican scum" by one of the comenters on a popular liberal blog.

Here is another one I read just today on another Liberal blog
“Rush Limburger?, You mean that jerk that had 3 failed marriages? Sex Tourism in the Dominican Republic? Making fun of people with Disabilities? Providing a blue print for Punk Ass Bitch Republican Chicken Hawks with his ass pimple deferment?”

And another:
“Awwww, have you always been such a Punk Ass Bitch Republican? Or did it happen when you were not in Afghanistan getting your "advanced degrees"?

So let me tell you something Truth101, TAO and Shaw, Your ranting and raving and name calling won't get you a hill of beans. Shame on you, for name calling, insulting and everything else that's vile on your blogs.
The Quantity of your posts have sunk to a new low.

Very good post Carlos.
Before I get to the disgusting implications from the left and from Al Sharpton for denying a conservative the right of owning his own team And the speech underscored by the vicious, public campaign to blackball Rush Limbaugh as a potential owner of an NFL team, I want to provide a little of my own opinions of these leftists that are turning our blogs into a garbage dump.
Those typical whiny liberals never have anything constructive to say. Name calling and Bush bashing is the only game they know... . They never take responsibility for their own lives and stop asking for government redistributed money to help you with YOUR problems! You're going to die? I DON'T CARE! Keep your hands off my hard earned money you grubby libtards.

And now back to Rush Limbaugh.. This whole thing was about nothing but a bunch of angry Leftists and BLACK Racism.

I’ll tell you something else, if El Rushbo was spreading the GREEN around you'd see the Homeboys lining UP to play in St. Louie in a flash..
And when they started winning, they'd be carrying Rush around the field on their shoulders. Vince Young may not be able to pass the QB IQ test, and Greenie and Golic and the rest of the civilized world may know JaMarcus Russel "has no business playing in the NFL" but the hoodies ain't THAT stupid. They know more about sin tyhan anyone.

Which only leaves the question as to why you would have a problem with Rush's drug use if you have none with the homies? Couldn't one argue VICK was addicted to killing dogs?
Have any problem with THAT, Mr. Lefterd?
Or was that just a "cultural expression"?
The Marxist Democrats and their puppet in the White House--this was out and out war against conservatism and free speech.
The real Aholes ain't hard to spot

I came here to say, Why doesn't that conservative PIG Lou Dobbs just move on over to Fox and get it over with? Dobbs does his best to emulate Glenn Beck and attacks another White House "czar" for quoting Mao-tse Tung, taking Anita Dunn's words out of context just as Beck did. They are all full of crap and we know it.
All of these Rightwingnuts are so full of hate it’s just a disgrace to America.

But after reading some of the comments here by both the authur of this blog as well as her commenters I say the same goes to them as what I said about Lou Dobbs, they are all freaken idiots that need to be locked up for treason.

Carlos~ Cash only @ this blog; no credit accepted here! ;) But thanks anyway! Come back soon, why don'tcha?

Front Porch~ Not sure who you & Carlos have been arguing with or where, but...ouch!

Powder Girl~ Lou Dobbs? Huh?

You & I BOTH know that you've not read any more than one post @ this blog. However, I invite you to do so.

Maybe you'll learn a thing or 2about Barack O-Commie-Bama. ;)
Hurry back, now!

With the signing of The United Nations Climate Change Treaty will come the end of the great American experiment of liberty and justice for all.

About Barack O-Commie-Bama. ;)

Thats a good one. Most (98%)of Americans do give a rat’s ass if a communist / socialist even comes close to the White House. Historically what is a leftist? Answer… communist / socialist / fascist /dictator.

The democrats are socialist and Joe McCarthy was right when he warned America that we have an enemy within. The Lefty blogers just won't admit it.
They would rather go arond blasting and making fun of Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck.
Well I for one say God Bless the two of them. And thank God they are around to keep little ole OBambi in check.

Buck Ofama said...

Hey Powder Brain - why don't you report Lou Dobbs to Obama's Communist thought police? Maybe he can have him censored or something.

You're not coming here just to rant. We know you are secretly reading all Susannah's posts because you are drawn to the truth like sharks to chum. You can insult the commenters here all you want, but remember you are one of them now. We are glad you are here. Eventually, you will know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Hat tip: Jesus.

Susannah said...

Joe~ I really hope not...

Uncle Mike- Wecome! Wait...I thought you were a "new age, tree-huggin', liberal, commie-pinko, hippie"?

Hmmmmm...

Buck~ You & Carlos - what's the deal? Both you guys giving me too much credit. I do mean too much.

Now, Jesus? THAT's a guy I can live w/ getting some credit. Bingo.

Hello Susannah,

I like to keep my nose out of politics since i am German and our own political system disgusts me. (The say the Christian Democratic Union is in office at the moment but that's just a name for me, more like the Hippies Union at the moment.) Our system is out of date and seems a little bit communist to me but anyway, not here to discuss German politics.

Global warming: Being a geography student and a general skeptic about things i personally do not believe this global warming thing is real. True the world is getting warmer, but its not our fault. I can give a long list of reasons to anyone who wants to maybe look at the other side.

Why do i care? Because the world is now being ruled by huge TNCs (Trans National Co operations) who have cashed in on this opportunity to make money. Carbon trading is a hugely profitable business. The US is one of the few counties left that i believe to be largely governed by its people and not some company somewhere. Signing this treaty is like signing a blank check to who? We don't know. As for the money going to the 3rd world countries, that's nonsense, since when did anyone care about the 3rd world. Its estimated that 50 Billion dollars would end world hunger for a year. Sounds a lot but almost 1 trillion is spent world wide on arms. I don't even want to think about how much is spent sending monkeys and the like into space so ja... The point is, no-one cares about the 3rd world.

This is not some attempt to compensate the 3rd world, some one somewhere is scaring us all into thinking our carbon footprint is going to kill us all and you can bet there is a profit to be made somewhere. (Carbon trading, hint hint)

I vote no-one signs that treaty.
(Not that my vote counts, being German our Hippie government is scared of anyone thinking we are straying from the righteous path. I am still paying for my Nazi grandfathers actions. Oh joy.)

Susannah said...

Mull~ What a TREAT to have you here! And a terrific comment. We haven't discussed Global Warming @ this blog much, if at all.

You bring a unique perspective & I really appreciate it. You've presented a keen assessment that human beings are perhaps NOT the cause of incremental rises of global temperatures. To assume so, is to attribute incredible power over the universe to humanity. But how very like human nature to be such narcissists, thinking we're the center of things, no? ;)

Perhaps the globe is getting warmer, but imo, it seems those trends could just as easily be attributed to natural/historical patterns of climate change.

As for this treaty, you've hit the nail on the proverbial head, my friend:

"I vote no-one signs that treaty."

Indeed. I knew you were my kind of thinker.

You may be surprised to hear but im here quite often just do not delve into politics much. The global warming thing just spurred my interest.

As for it being natural, i agree, and we may be accelerating the process slightly but hey. Something that amazes me is that the so called great minds are trying to tell us what the temperature will be in 50 years and yet, do you know a weatherman who can tell you what the weather will be accurately in 2 weeks? Let alone tomorrow? I thought so. But anyway, i wont go into too much detail here. I discussed it in detail over on my blog if you want to look at it in more detail.

Nice to know you are not one of the blind followers of global warming ( Warmal Globing as my 3 year old neice just said)
Though its not like i thought you were one to blindly accept things.

TC

Mull~ I AM surprised, pleasantly so!

Ironic what you said about 'the weatherman.' Haven't thought of it that way. You've got a bit of a point, don't you?

Not sure what you've read here, but in case you feared it was all politics:

(...after you get through the first few Obama jokes labeled 'fun,' there's more to see)

And you're welcome here any time!
